We are seeking knowledgeable and detail orientated case managers to join our team. We are currently servicing the following counties in South Carolina: Anderson, Greenville, McCormick, Saluda, Spartanburg and York. 

To be considered for a case manager position with  us, you must be or have one of  the following: A BA/BS or MA/MS degree in a Health or Human Services field from an accredited college or university along with a minimum of two (2) years of assessment and care planning experience. A Certified Case Manager  with a minimum of two (2) years of assessment and care planning experience.
